Sandra Janoff, Ph.D, co-developer of Future Search together with Marvin Weisbord and co-director of the Future Search Network, is an international consultant & author who has trained more than 3500 people worldwide in the use of Future Search principles. She has run meetings for corporations, communities & many UN agencies all over the world.

Future Search Network pioneered the "whole system in the room" principle of large group intervention that transforms the capability of diverse groups for cooperative action.
