From April 14-17, 34 people responded enthusiatically a future search
training sponsored by the Future Search Network and presented by marv Weisbord and Sandra Janoff in San Rafael,
California. The group came from as far away as Washington DC and
Australia and included a contingent of folks from the San
Francisco Bay Area. There was much interest in building on the
energy from the training to invigorate the West Coast Future Search
network. Interest was expressed for using future search in a
number of areas with which attendees had associations, including the
State of California, the University of California, the state college
system, non-profits, foundations, and a network of neighborhood
assemblies being built in San Francisco.
We look forward to the new evergy this group will bring to the Network
and look forward to the presence of these new friend on the members
listserv.
