At the June Northern Ireland Learning Exchange, during a reality
dialogue about Principles of Practice in the Future Search Network, the
group developed what became known as “The DNA of Future Search.�
Following is a summary of that dialogue, the categories of principles,
actions, behaviors, and interventions that inform our facilitation, and
a diagram of the DNA of Future Search.
